New Era Transport was founded in Epping in 2008 with two Toyota Quantums and one promise — that staff transport in Cape Town did not have to be late, dirty, or improvised. We built our reputation one shift at a time.
Today we run a mixed fleet of branded Toyota Quantum minibuses for daily corporate routes and a black Mercedes-Benz V-Class line for executive chauffeur work and airport transfers. We’re fully licensed by the National Land Transport Act, insured for full passenger liability, and audited annually.
Our drivers carry PrDPs, have passed defensive-driving certification, are drug-screened on rotation, and know the back roads of the Cape Peninsula the way our dispatch team knows their first names.
We don’t do flashy. We do dependable. Day after day, shift after shift, for the people of the Mother City.

Safety, first and last
Every vehicle on a 10,000 km service cycle. Every driver re-certified annually. Zero shortcuts on insurance or compliance.
Punctuality is non-negotiable
We measure on-time performance per route, per driver, every month. Underperforming routes get redesigned, not excused.
Discretion as default
On the chauffeur side, our drivers operate under NDA. What happens in the V-Class stays in the V-Class.
